Mobike Launches Disney-customized Bikes in Shanghai

Beijing-based dockless bicycle-sharing app operator Mobike Technology recently released a batch of custom Mickey Mouse- and Minnie Mouse-themed bikes in Shanghai in partnership with the Disney Store.

This limited edition run from Mobike features designs from the famous animated characters and has appeared in popular Shanghai shopping areas. The bike frames feature exclusive designs from Disney designers, with special paint jobs on Mobike's two main bike models, as well as branded hub caps covering the wheels. Reflectors featuring Mickey Mouse can be found on the rear of the bikes, and some bikes sport Minnie Mouse's polka-dotted bow tie on the handle bars.

Bike location icons within the Mobike app have also been changed to Mickey and Minnie avatars in multiple cities in eastern China.
