Cloud-based Communications Solutions Provider Yunzhixun Wins RMB 300 Mln Series B

Cloud-based communications solutions provider Shenzhen Yunzhixun Network Technology recently announced the completion of RMB 300 mln in Series B funding led by Mangrove Capital. Hong Kong-based telecommunications firm M800 and existing shareholders Chengwei Capital and Legend Capital also participated in the round.
Yunzhixun is a cloud communications platform service provider, which offers software developers API and SDK solutions to integrate communication services into their software.
Yunzhixun Chief Operating Officer Zeng Xiao said that the company will pursue an open platform strategy, as he believes that there are problems arising from complexity of the technology involved and diversity of customer demand. By offering products and services that address the common needs of the industry, the company hopes to energize the entire industry chain.
Yunzhixun's other major strategies include offering one-stop telecommunications solutions to mobile internet companies and providing smart hardware manufacturers with Internet of Things cloud platform solutions, with a focus on audio and video. The company also plans to offer an online customer service platform to small- and medium-sized enterprises and to expand internationally with a global communications services platform.
