HR Management Systems Developer GaiaWorks Obtains RMB 130 Mln Series B+

Suzhou-based human resources management systems developer Gaiya Information Technology (GaiaWorks) recently announced the completion of RMB 130 mln in Series B+ funding led by Warburg Pincus and with participation from prior-round investors Matrix Partners China and Genesis Capital. The new financing, which will be used primarily for improvements to the company's systems, brings the total amount of funding that GaiaWorks has raised to date to RMB 200 mln.

GaiaWorks, founded in 2009, provides solutions for workforce management in mid- to large-sized enterprises, including smart scheduling, real-time attendance tracking, and sales performance management. GaiaWorks' cloud service platform is accessible through its website and mobile app.
