China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation subsidiary Hangtian Guangda Technology and enterprise internet security services firm 360 Enterprise Security Group, an affiliate of Qihoo 360 established in 2015, have formed a comprehensive strategic partnership to enhance their competitiveness in big data, cloud computing, smart city, internet+, online security, and civil-military integration.
Hangtian Guangda, a subsidiary of state-owned China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp.'s (CASIC) second research center, provides integrated solutions for courts, armed police, military, and government through consulting, planning, R&D, and deployment of information level design, application support clouds, big data platforms, and intelligence briefings.
