EVOC Invests RMB 1 Bln to Build R&D Base

Embedded and industrial computing manufacturer Shenzhen EVOC Intelligent Technology held the groundbreaking ceremony for its new computer production and R&D base on July 5 in Shenzhen. The new base will cover 230,000 square meters, and will be completed and ready for operation within a year and a half, at a budgeted cost of more than RMB 1 bln. After the base is completed, it will be used for hardware production and R&D for specialized hardware components and terminal testing. Approximately RMB 300 mln each year will be invested into R&D at the base, which will have an annual production value of more than RMB 5 bln.

Founded in 1993, EVOC Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in providing embedded products and system-integrated solutions for various applications. EVOC employs approximately 4,000 people, and has 4 R&D bases in China, as well as a technology center overseas.
