Rumor: Xunlei, CRI to Establish JV to Operate Internet TV

Online P2P video service Xunlei has partnered with China Radio International (CRI) to establish a joint venture company, according to a source within Xunlei. The source said the joint venture will solve Xunlei's Internet TV licensing issues.

Editor's Note: CRI holds an online audio-visual broadcasting license from China's State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) that permits it to act as a content provider in a variety of mediums.
