Shanda, Cloudary Form Joint Ventures with Wasu Digital TV

Chinese online game developer and operator Shanda Games (Nasdaq: GAME) and fellow Shanda Interactive (Nasdaq: SNDA) subsidiary Cloudary both recently established joint ventures with Hangzhou-based DTV and IPTV operator Wasu Digital TV. The companies signed strategic partnership agreements to establish two JVs focused on providing games and online literature content for broadcast and distribution on IPTV, 3G mobile TV, and internet networks.
