Mobile Car-focused Life Services Platform Chelun.com Wins RMB 100 Mln Series C+

Shanghai-based Yidian Shikong Network, operator of automobile-focused life services platform Chelun.com, recently announced completion of RMB 100 mln Series C+ funding from investors including Hanfor Capital Management. Yidian Shikong had total revenues of more than RMB 200 mln this year and expects to solicit RMB Series D funding in 2017.
Chelun.com is a mobile platform offering various car-related life services. The company operates 12 mobile apps providing traffic violation lookup, driver's license testing and study, social community services, traffic status lookup, car expense management, car purchasing information, driving status, parking lot information, car maintenance, and a car brand guessing game. The platforms currently have a total of 200 mln users.
According to online media outlet IT Juzi, Chelun.com previously completed RMB 10 mln angel funding from Decent Investment in August 2013, USD 8-digit funding from Vision Knight Capital and online auto industry portal operator Bitauto Holdings (NYSE: BITA) in April 2014, and USD 8-digit funding from Legend Capital in December 2014. In April this year, Yidian Shikong landed RMB 550 mln Series B and Series C funding from investment firms Yixin Capital Limited, Haowangjiao Investment Management, Greenwoods Asset Management, and Best Ground Holdings, as well as auto manufacturer Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC).
Yidian Shikong was established in September 2012.
