    Mark Natkin has over 16 years experience working in East Asia for telecommunications and IT focused consultancies and various major multi-nationals, including Weyerhaeuser, Qualcomm, Motorola, and General Electric. He has a strong background in sales, marketing, strategic planning, and general management, and has led successful projects in manufacturing localization, distribution channels development, China wireless market entry, non-market strategy enhancement, and market research. He is a graduate of Princeton University, holds MBA and MA Asian studies degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, and is highly proficient in Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.

    Tao Li has over 17 years experience working in the telecommunications industry, including management positions with both Motorola and the China Putian Group. He is particularly skilled in technical roadmap development, R&D management, strategic planning, and general management, and has designed and led a variety of projects in software development, product planning, and market entry. He is a graduate of Shanghai Jiaotong University, a native Mandarin Chinese speaker, and is highly proficient in English.

Prior to joining UC Mobile, he has held a variety of China-focused positions, including CDMA Technology Business Development Manager at Nokia China, Mobile Data Product Management Director for Siemens Shanghai Mobile, where he was responsible for the development of the company's mobile data strategy and sales, Executive Director of Business Development for eSAMSUNG China, where he devised eSAMSUNG's investment strategy and designed their Internet incubation development center for wireless/mobile start-ups, Consultant with Accenture's (formerly Andersen Consulting) China Strategy Group, and China Operations Supervisor for Baskin-Robbins International in Beijing. He has also led Chinese Internet market research studies and devised market entry formulations for eBay and CNK Telecommunications (Hong Kong) Ltd. He is a graduate of Wittenberg University (Magna cum Laude), holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, and is a fluent Mandarin speaker.

Prior to joining Drawbridge, Eric worked 7 years at Google, both as Director of Strategy and Business Operations and Director of Product, and 5 years at RealNetworks as Managing Director of Greater China and GM of Strategy. He began his career in China over 19 years ago with the Boston Consulting Group, where he advised multiple Fortune 500 companies on their China operations, and several Chinese state-owned enterprises, including the China Development Bank. He graduated from Harvard University (Magna cum Laude), received an MBA from MIT's Sloan School and is a fluent Mandarin speaker.
