AGB Nielsen to Have TV Rating Systems in 18,000 Chinese Households

By the end of 2007, AGB Nielsen plans to complete the rollout of monitoring systems for TV ratings in 16 provinces, with a user-base covering 18,000 households. By the end of October 2007, the company had installed monitoring systems in more than 11,000 households in major metropolitan areas such as Shanghai and Beijing, as well as in households around Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Fujian, Sichuan, Liaoning, Chongqing and Tianjin.
