China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) CEO Li Yue stated recently that the operator will resolve to reform its compensation system, implementing 100% quantifiable performance-based compensation coverage throughout the company's work units, including dedicated subsidiaries and all first-line employees, within the next two to three years.

Canadian e-commerce operator Fireswirl Technologies has announced that its two subsidiaries, Fireswirl Asia Limited (FAL) and Beijing Xingchang Xinda Technology Development Co., Ltd. (XCXD), have jointly signed an agreement with Toys "R" Us China to provide e-commerce operation services, including operation of Toys "R" Us' flagship store on Chinese C2C and B2C e-commerce platform Taobao.
