Chinese internet company Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) officially released the Android version of its "Baidu Voice Assistant" voice recognition assistant mobile application on December 25. The app supports voice command, voice search, and voice Q&A functionality, allowing users to place calls, send SMS, conduct mobile searches, download apps, open URLs, review Q&A threads, change handset settings, and use location-based services.
