Beijing-based enterprise cloud products and solutions developer Keytone Cloud Technology recently announced the completion of nearly RMB 100 mln in Series B funding led by a well-known Chinese securities company and with participation by a publicly listed company. Furthermore, Keytone announced it is planning an IPO within the next three years.
Keytone primarily provides private cloud, hybrid cloud, and industry cloud solutions for enterprise clients. The company has five product lines, including open source cloud platform T2CloudOS, automated maintenance and operations tool MagicStack, integrated all-in-one machine T2Cloud, cloud security solution Security, and one-stop cloud hosting services. Keytone provides industry cloud solutions for the transportation, finance, energy, military, broadcasting, government affairs, Internet data center, and Internet of Things industries.
Keytone previously won angel funding from Shenzhen Fortune Venture Capital in March 2015, and RMB 36.5 mln in Series A funding led by F&G Venture and with participation from Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group in March 2016.
