Law Examination Training Platform 'Fangyuan Zhonghe Education' Lands Series A

Beijing-based online and offline law examination training service provider Fangyuan Zhonghe Education Technology recently announced completion of RMB 30 mln in Series A funding. The round was led by Hugui Fund, managed by English-learning website operator Hujiang (HJEnglish), with participation by Shanghai-based Yonghua Capital, a subsidiary of Yongjin Group.
Fangyuan Zhonghe Education, established in 2009, operates as a national state law examination education and training provider through its online and mobile platform and offline centers. Its main business areas include law examination training, online training, and law book publication.
A representative for Zhonghe Education said that the company currently runs more than 40 schools in major cities throughout China, and has partnerships with nearly 100 schools. The company employs more than 50 law examination teaching staff and provides training to nearly 20,000 students every year. Since 2011 the company has sustained annual revenues at the RMB 9-digit level.
Zhonghe Education has also authorized HJEnglish to offer online courses related to judicial examination training. A "Judicial Examination VIP Course" program launched as the first step in the two companies' strategic partnership is now available online exclusively through HJEnglish.
