Personal Hygiene Bathroom Appliance Maker Soocare Raises RMB 100 Mln Series B

Shenzhen-based smart toothbrush maker Sukeshi Technology (Soocare) recently completed nearly RMB 100 mln in Series B funding led by Cathay Capital with participation from Shunwei Capital Partners, the VC firm founded by Android device maker Xiaomi's CEO Lei Jun. Soocare previously won pre-Series A funding in 2016 from Xiaomi, and raised Series A funding in early 2017 in a round led by Peak Valley Capital with participation from both Shunwei Capital and Xiaomi.
Soocare is a member of the Xiaomi smart hardware ecosystem, primarily focusing on personal hygiene tech products for home bathrooms. The company's most notable product to date is a sonic tooth brush, and the product line also includes razors and blow dryers.
Soocare's 2017 revenues exceeded RMB 100 mln, according to founder Meng Fandi.
