CloudWalk to Provide AI Tech and Equipment for Zimbabwe's Finance, Security Industries

Guangzhou-based facial recognition solutions provider CloudWalk Technology recently signed a strategic partnership framework agreement with the Republic of Zimbabwe at a ceremony in Guangzhou.

Under the agreement, CloudWalk will provide Zimbabwe with AI technologies and equipment for applications in the finance, public security, and airport domains. This will be the Chinese AI industry's first project in Africa and will help promote the development of China's "One Belt One Road" economic development policy as a test for exports of AI technologies.
