Online Data Analysis Firm 'Sensors Data' Wins USD 44 Mln Series C

Beijing-based online data analysis services provider Sensors Network Technology (Sensors Data) recently announced completion of USD 44 mln in Series C funding led by Warburg Pincus with participation by Sequoia Capital China, DCM Ventures, Xianghe Capital, Morningside Ventures, Linear Venture, and FutureCap.

Sensors Data was established in May 2015 and provides big data-based user behavior analysis services for enterprise customers. The company integrates enterprise user behavior data from online and offline sources and combines user profile development and industry analysis to provide data visualization services for enterprises centered on user behavior analysis.

Sensors Data currently has 500 fee-paying clients and mainly serves customers in the insurance, finance, and pan-retail domains. Following the current funding round, the company plans to develop enterprise data support services for the entertainment and education industries.
