Online Entertainment Firm Perfect World to Raise RMB 1 Bln for Film Investment

Chinese online entertainment firm Perfect World (002624.SZ) has announced plans to raise up to RMB 1 bln in funding through a non-public offering. After deducting associated issuance fees, the net amount raised will be used to invest in film and TV drama projects. The issuing of the private placement shares will not result in a change of control of the company.
