Smart Customer Service System Developer Kavenir Lands RMB 8-digit Series A

Suzhou-based smart customer service system developer Yinengtong Information Technology (Kavenir) recently completed RMB 8-digit Series A funding.

Kavenir, founded in March 2015, is a developer of smart speech systems for use in customer service bots, covering outgoing calls, incoming calls, and quality testing. Interactive speech technology can help users schedule daily tasks and has wide application in smart hardware such as robots, smart home, and wearables.

Kavenir's smart voice customer service system is composed of a telephone agent engine, signal processing module, speech recognition engine, semantic comprehension engine, QA robot module, and business database module. Every component of the system was self-developed by Kavenir, whose goal is to increase to application of natural language processing (NLP) in conversational scenarios. The company has three years of experience in conversational semantics, and is able to install offline systems with its speech recognition and semantic comprehension technology.
