Shenzhen-based auto parts e-commerce platform and auto industry-focused SaaS provider Kaisi Times Technology (Casstime) announced today the completion of over RMB 250 mln in Series B3 funding, bringing the total raised in Series B to over RMB 600 mln.
The current round was led by Mangrove Capital with participation by Shanghe Capital. Existing shareholders Fosun RZ Capital and Shunwei Capital also participated.
Casstime entered the market in 2015 through parts for high-end cars, like BMW, Land-Rover, and Jaguar. Casstime currently offers a B2B trading platform for vehicle parts called Cassmall and an ERP system for repair shops called Yihao Chejian.
The Cassmall platform enables users to enter a vehicle identification number and the name of an auto part to search for and purchase matching replacement parts. The Yihao Chejian enterprise resources planning system is a comprehensive management system for medium- and small-size auto repair and sales shops. The system includes tools for vehicle owner customer relationship management, shop promotions, mobile service attendant services, transparent shop management, and business analysis.
