Light Industrial Robot Developer Rokae Secures RMB 160 Mln Series B

Beijing-based light industrial robot developer Rokae Technology recently announced that it has won RMB 160 mln in Series B financing led by Shunwei Venture Capital at a product launch press conference. GSR United Capital, THG Ventures, and Plum Ventures also participated in the funding round.

Rokae also announced the upgrade of its original product line to "XB7XL" and an all new product line "xMate," a flexible collaboration robot. xMate is scheduled to launch in Q3 2019.

Rokae, founded in December 2014, is a light industrial robotics developer, primarily offering collaborative robotic control systems, industrial robot products, and smart manufacturing solutions. Rokae's products have wide applications in polishing, loading, assembling, sorting, quality testing, and sewing.
