Doctor-facing Imaging Information App Yingling Lands RMB 30 Mln Series A

Beijing-based Yinglink Technology, operator of doctor-facing medical imaging information and knowledge-sharing app Yingling, recently revealed the completion of RMB 30 mln in Series A funding in H1 2018, led by Volcanics Venture and with participation from Northern Light Venture Capital. The funding will primarily be used to promote the company's medical imaging group, AI medical imaging services, and "Yingling Academy" educational platform, and support the construction of third-party medical imaging centers, according to founder Jerry Dong (Dong Jie).
Yingling currently has more than 100,000 radiologist users and serves thousands of medical organizations. Yingling-affiliated doctors have provided radiology diagnostic and consultation services to millions of patients since 2017. The company has also deployed artificial intelligence technology to medical imaging-assisted diagnosis and patient condition classification.
