China Fiber Optic Network System Group to Be Delisted from HKSE

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, 2/13/19

The listing of the shares of Chinese fiber optic patch cords manufacturer China Fiber Optic (3777.HK) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be cancelled with effect from 9:00 am tomorrow (February 14, 2019), announded the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing today. Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since October 13, 2016. The company was put into the third stage of the delisting procedures on May 24, 2018. Under the delisting procedures, at the end of the third stage where no viable proposal has been received for resumption, the listing of the company's shares will be cancelled.
