Giant, Taiwanese Firm Partner on MMORPG Development

Giant Interactive (NYSE: GA) announced that it would work with Taiwanese game developer Lager Interactive on joint game design, technical R&D, and arts with a staff of more than 150. The two companies will work to build on the foundation of the Taiwanese game King of Kings III International to strengthen the character and country-building systems. King of Kings III will have 2D and 3D versions.
Editor's Note: Lager Interactive began small-scale closed beta testing of 3D MMORPG King of Kings III International in Taiwan on September 26.
