Tudou Raises Advertising Prices

Gary Wang, CEO of Chinese online video sharing platform Tudou, recently announced that with the introduction of its high definition site, Hei Dou (Black Bean), Tudou would be increasing its advertising prices. Wang also predicted that the move would cause other online video sites and portals to follow suit, causing a relatively large increase in advertising prices for the Chinese online video industry.
