Vimicro Records USD 1 mln Q3 2008 Loss

Fabless semiconductor firm Vimicro (Nasdaq: VIMC) has announced its unaudited financial results for Q3 2008, with net revenues reaching USD 24.9 mln, down 1% year-on-year but up 8% quarter-on-quarter.
Net loss for the quarter came to USD 1.1 mln, compared to a net loss of USD 1.9 mln in Q3 2007, and net loss of USD 0.3 mln in Q2 2008.
The company estimates Q4 2008 revenues will range between USD 22 mln and USD 27 mln.
