RockYou Denies Shanda Acquisition Rumor

Jia Shen, CTO of US-based social game developer RockYou, denied rumors that the company will be acquired by Chinese online gaming company Shanda Interactive (Nasdaq: SNDA), but said the two firms may become partners.
Shen added that RockYou will establish a Beijing office by the end of the year, and is currently recruiting personnel.
