Huawei Recruits Former Nortel CTO

Chinese telecom equipment manufacturer Huawei recently recruited former Nortel CTO John Roese to serve as senior VP and GM of R&D in North America.
As Nortel CTO, Roese was responsible for implementing Nortel's R&D strategy and leading product development. Roese previously held senior positions at Broadcom, Enterasys Networks, and Cabletron, and has nearly 20 years experience in wireless, internet, security and VoIP.
