Kingdee Invests RMB 30 Mln to Acquire Eatsun Technology

On November 23, Chinese enterprise management software developer Kingdee International Software Group (0268.HK) earmarked RMB 30 mln to acquire Zhongshan Eatsun Network Technology, a restaurant and leisure industry software company based in Guangdong province.

Established in 2000, Eatsun provides system solutions for the restaurant, hotel, and entertainment industries, offering 13 lines of software products to address the different needs of each industry. More than 1 mln people at nearly 2,200 client companies use Eatsun's software. Clients include such restaurant chains as Hong Kong Tai Hing Foods and Xihu Spring. Kingdee's own clients include South Beauty and McDonald's.
