Sichuan Game Accelerator Developer Files for IPO

Xun You Networks, a Sichuan-based maker of internet accelerator software for online games, has filed its prospectus for an IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext growth enterprise board with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Sinolink Securities will serve as underwriter. Three other online gaming firms - Snail Game, Wushen Century Network Technology, and Kunlun Wanwei Technology - are currently in the feedback stage of the ChiNext IPO process.

Shinewing Certified Public Accountants is serving as Xun You's accountant, and King & Wood Mallesons as legal counsel. Xun You's IPO is still in preliminary stages.

Xun You currently has over 70 mln registered users and supports over 4,000 games.
