Hoperun Software Raises RMB 391 Mln in ChiNext IPO

Jiangsu-based software outsourcing services provider Hoperun Software (300339.SZ) has raised RMB 391 mln in its IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext growth enterprise board, issuing 19.19 mln shares (accounting for 25% of total shares after the offering) at a share price of RMB 20.39 with a PE ratio of 41.21. The funds will be used to construct an smart terminal embedded software outsourcing center and a supply chain management software outsourcing center, with the remainder to used as working capital.

On December 30, 2009, CITIC Securities investment arm Goldstone Investment invested RMB 15 mln,gaining a 5.92% stake of Hoperun, and Shanghai-based equity investment and management company Shanxiang Investment invested RMB 5 mln, gainng a 1.97% stake. This round of investment in 2009 increased Hoperun's registered capital to RMB 50.7 mln.
