Alibaba.com Signs Agent to Vet Pakistani SMEs

Pakistan Pearl Shine Group International (PSGI) and Chinese e-commerce conglomerate Alibaba Group have signed a strategic agreement to make it easier for Pakistani small and medium enterprises (SME) to connect with international customers over Alibaba Group's Alibaba.com B2B portal. PSGI will act as an agent for Alibaba.com, verifying the legitimacy of local Pakistani SME's. Over 650,000 Pakistani companies are currently members of Alibaba.com.
