Rumor: Huayi Brothers to Purchase Mobile Gaming Company

According to an industry source, Chinese film and TV production firm Huayi Brothers (300027.SZ) is planning to acquire mobile value-added services and mobile and online game developer and operator Guangzhou Yinhan Technology.
In November 2012, Yinhan released mobile MMO action game Space Hunter. As of May of this year, the game had earned total revenues exceeding RMB 40 mln.
According to Yinhan, the company boasts a cumulative registered user base across all Yinhan games of over 100 mln, as well as an active user base in the tens of millions.
