Longmaster Takes 35% Stake in Mobile Gaming Company

In an official disclosure, Guiyang-based telecom value-added services and online entertainment provider Longmaster Information & Technology (300288.SZ) announced yesterday that the company has purchased a 35% stake in Beijing-based mobile game developer and operator Beijing Mengcheng Interactive Technology from Lv Shifeng for a total consideration of RMB 3 mln.

Mengcheng Interactive was established on May 22, 2013 and is primarily involved in the development and operation of mobile games.

Lv Shifeng is the legal representative for Mengcheng Interactive and has previously served at Beijing-based mobile game developer Ourpalm (300315.SZ).

Longmaster announced at the beginning of August that it had abandoned plans to purchase online game developer and operator Linekong.
