China's DTV Subscribers to Break 23 mln

According to a survey carried out October 30 by China Electronic News, GL Research and China Communication University's Advertising Institute, 80% of China's DTV users are satisfied with the service they receive, and 24% are willing to pay for value-added services.

Deputy Chair of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT)'s Science and Technology Commission Du Baichuan indicated that China now has 21 million DTV users, with this number to pass the 23 million mark by the end of the year.
