China to Give Failed SinoSat2 One Last Try

Sun Laiyan, administrator of the China National Space Administration (CNSA), has stated that work to resolve the SinoSat-2 satellite's technical problems - which earlier caused the failure of the direct broadcasting satellite's antenna and solar panels to open - continues. Sun added that a final attempt to "rescue" the satellite is expected before the end of the year.
