Yesterday 360 Safe Guard officially split from parent company Qihoo to form an independent Internet security company. Qihoo chairman Zhou Hongyi pledged to invest RMB 360 mln in 360 Safe Guard during the next three years, generate profits through cooperation with enterprises, and continue to provide users with free internet security services.
