CDC Games to Begin OB of SGC Online V

CDC Corporation's (Nasdaq: CHINA) online gaming division, CDC Games, announced today that it has licensed SGC Online V from Taiwanese game developer Gamlaxy and will begin open beta testing on June 7.

Editor's note: An official website for SGC Online V also currently appears on Ourgame's gaming platform. In a telephone interview with Marbridge, a spokesman for CDC Games' game operation department said that Gamlaxy and Ourgame had co-operated on previous games in the SGC Online series, but could not comment on Ourgame's relationship with Gamlaxy on SGC Online V. CDC Games has already launched an official site for the game under the CDC Games' website.

SGC Online V has been, on average, the 6th most anticipated game in online gaming portal 17173's weekly poll since the beginning of this year.
