Since its listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange, Chinese wireless baseband chipset provider Spreadtrum (Nasdaq: SPRD) has seen the loss of several key technical, sales and marketing executives. A source with knowledge of the situation revealed that since the beginning of this year, CTO and co-founder Chen Datong, VP of operations and co-founder Fan Renyong, VP of sales Zhou Chengyun and marketing director Xun Fei have all left the company. In addition, the source claims that over the last few days another set of directors have resigned.
