Digital China Forms IT Services Subsidiary

Digital China (0861.HK) has formed a new IT services subsidiary, DCITS, with China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Venture Co (CSVC) and Infinity Investments also investing in the new company. Digital China's wholly-owned subsidiary Digital China Software will invest RMB 500 mln in the company, and the other investors will provide RMB 4 mln, for a total investment of RMB 9 mln. Digital China will own an 80.49% stake in the company, with CSVC and Infinity Investments holding 16.58% and 2.93% stakes respectively.

Digital China plans to take the company public within 4 years.
