SK Group Expands Handset Retail Network in China

Beijing Times, 7/15/08

The SK Group's handset retailer SK Shushang (China) has revealed plans to increase its investment in the Chinese mobile phone retail market in 2008 and hopes to become one of the top-five Chinese handset markets before the end of the year. A source at the company claims that SK Shushang will expand to 200 outlets from its current 96. This will give the company 50 stores in Beijing alone, and expand its sales network to 22 cities from the 10 it currently covers.
