China Mobile Releases Terminal Management Plan

China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) recently revealed its overall plan for terminal management IT systems building. At present, the company has completed the second phase of the system, and is preparing to start on the third phase.
The primary goals of the system are first, to consolidate user terminal data to better understand the state of WVAS marketing and analyze user terminal behavior, and secondly, to help users resolve issues in their use of services.
