99Bill Launches Installment Service

Chinese third-party payment processor 99Bill has launched a new installment service for payments made through its partners. The service enables users to pay for goods on credit via installments, and is available to users with credit cards issued by several banks including the Bank of China and the Industrial Bank. No interest is charged on the purchases, and users can apply for the service when purchasing goods through one of 99Bill's partners. 99Bill claims to have over 26 mln registered users and 150,000 partners.
