China Mobile Targets 400,000 TD-SCDMA Subs by Year-end

China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) insiders have revealed that the company's headquarters insists on reaching a total of 260,000 TD-SCDMA users across the current 10 trial cities before the close of the Special Olympics on September 20. Headquarters is also on the verge of issuing orders detailing a second-stage mission to expand the network to 400,000 users by the end of the year.
