A spokesperson for search engine Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) stated yesterday that Baidu admits to problems with its competitive ranking system, but still maintains that the current service model is worth maintaining, and thus will not be abandoned. Rather, the model will be adjusted and optimized for better performance.
