Lenovo to Build Factories in Brazil, India

Liu Jun, senior vice president at Lenovo (0992.HK) and president of the company's newly established Idea product group, has revealed that the company plans to invest funds toward construction of PC manufacturing plants in India and Brazil.

According to Liu, the Indian government offers tax incentives for opening new factories in the country, while Brazil offers a 25% tax reduction incentive.
