Kingdee Acquires Clothing Enterprise Software Firm

Chinese enterprise management software developer Kingdee International Software Group (0268.HK) has announced the purchase of software and consulting services provider Guangzhou Qisheng Electronic Technology.
Qisheng Electronic was established in 2002 with the goal of providing clothing enterprises with all-in-one IT solutions covering clothing design, production, and distribution. Xu Shaochun, president of Kingdee, stated that the company would continue to expand its acquisition strategy.
