Microsoft Wins Software Piracy Lawsuit

Microsoft has won its IPR infringement lawsuit against custom PC maker Beijing Strongwell Technology & Development for pre-installing pirated versions of Windows XP and Office 2003. On the morning of July 2, Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court ruled that Strongwell pay Microsoft RMB 461,409 in compensation.
