Neusoft Acquires Finnish Mobile Software Subsidiaries

Chinese software provider Neusoft (600718.SH) has signed an agreement to acquire Finnish software company Sesca Group's mobile phone software development and testing operations in Finland and Romania. Sesca's subsidiaries, Sesca Mobile Software Oy, Almitas Oy and Romania-based Sesca Technologies SRL will be incorporated into Neusoft's global mobile solution business unit, and will employ nearly 250 employees in Europe.
The acquisition, whose value has not been disclosed, is still subject to regulatory approvals in China, but is expected to close during autumn this year.
