Baidu Shifts 800,000 Keywords to Phoenix Nest

Yesterday, Chinese search engine Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) closed over 800,000 keywords in its Paid Search Ranking (i.e. Baidu Classic) system, transitioning them to its Phoenix Nest professional keyword bid ranking system. Baidu has notified customers that over the next two weeks, it will be performing adjustments on Baidu Classic and Phoenix Nest, after which many keywords will be available only through Phoenix Nest.
